Expanding with Soft Circuits

To expand my Turtle Art project and soft circuit project, I combined the two projects. I used turtle art to make a design that I could use with an embroidery machine to then create a circuit that would light up the design. I created a pocket, which held the design, and I added the pocket to a former tie-dye project. Below you can see the steps I took to create it.

Created my image on Turtle Art

Transferred my Turtle Art Image into Sew Art to use the embroidery machine

Explored different options for placement of the pocket on the shirt

Sewed the pocket on with a regular sewing machine

Sewed the circuit in with conductive thread in the second lining of the pocket.
